The approved loan amount less the convenience fee will be credited to your payroll bank account within the next 24 hours upon signing the loan agreement and authority to deduct.

Here are the requirements for loan application:

  1. Company ID (Front and back)
  2.  One Government Issued ID (PhilHealth and Pagibig IDs are not accepted)
  3. Proof of Residence (any bill, SOA, Barangay, or NBI clearance )
  4. Upload your latest 2 payslips into your online account.
  5. Certificate of Employment (COE) (For selected partner companies only. Your customer experience specialists will let you know.)

RENEWAL- it will take up to 48 hours to be processed once we receive the required documents and  phone verification is completed

NEW LOAN-  every Monday GCP send the list of loan applicants to your HR department, then HR will respond between Tuesday and Wednesday, you must also complete the required documents and the phone verification process  conducted by our customer service representative, once we receive the confirmation, and you have completed all the required documents you will then receive a notification message via email and sms regarding the status of your loan.

You can choose to sign up for a new loan as soon as your existing loan is 85% paid. We make this accommodation to enable customers to avail of new funds even if they still have existing open loans.

Always refer to your loan contract to  obtain the loan schedule. Your loan contract contains the amount, and date when the due will be deducted. There will be times when you will be eligible for a refund depending on when the loan is released since your company requires GCP to submit payroll salary deduction based on your company’s payroll cut off dates.

  • There are multiple ways to confirm you are due for a refund
    • Refer to your loan contract. If you see a deduction on your next payday after your loan is released which is not indicated on your loan contract, chances are you are due for a refund.
    • Upon loan disbursement, you will receive an sms notification that  the upcoming deduction will be a payment to your new loan or sms stating that you may be eligible for a refund. 
    • If you are in doubt, you can reach out to our friendly GCP customer service advocates to confirm

As soon as your payroll provides the salary remittance report to GCP, your refund will be processed within 4 hours. You will be notified thru SMS that the refund has been processed and completed. Please note that we usually receive the report from your payroll team 1-2 days after sweldo.
